The latest update for Android is now available! It mainly brings a revamped team profile screen.

Furthermore, two changes occur immediately:

1. Regional Cup Iran is discontinued.

2. For teams level 30 and up renames are rejected if the desired team name is not recognizable. This rule is introduced because of many name changes in the past causing irritation.

This weekend, our Special affects self-organized tournaments. Each time you organize one of those, you get a collectible, and each time you participate, another one (so if you participate in your own organized tournament, you get two). Collectibles won this way are standard collectibles, but we mixed in some rare collectibles!

The tournament tickets needed to create own tournaments now cost only 2 ruby instead of 5!



Furthermore, you can now store the address of your clan homepage in the clan manager if you want. Clan homepages will become visible to all users in the next update, and we will have a voting for the coolest clan homepage later this month!

This weekend (friday noon until sunday midnight) you get a free (normal) collectible for each tournament you join. Have a nice collecting weekend!

If you are a clan founder, you might already have noticed that you can edit a link to a clan homepage in the clan manager.

That’s because the next KiO update will show those clan homepage links to all users inside the game! You have plenty of time to create a homepage until the update comes on august, 12th. Of course a clan homepage is completely optional. You can also input a link to a Facebook page or a Twitter account, as you like!

The August update will also bring more minor improvements. Stay tuned for more info!

This saturday, we’ll bring you something totally new: The first Kick it out live audio stream ever. We’ll broadcast the KiO World Cup final tournament on our internet radio station starting saturday around 16 UTC. Here’s the link:



This should work on most browsers including Chrome on Android. You can keep the browser open in background and listen to us while you continue playing KiO.
Please note that most of the stream will be in german language, but we’ll try to speak a little bit english when non german teams are involved. Of course we cannot cover all matches, but we’ll focus on matches with well-known teams and of course more details like goal scorers in the final rounds.
