Development of the brand new offspring of the Kick it out! family has been going on for a while now. And the time has come to give you a first impression of the upcoming Kick it out! for Windows 8 RT. Here are three screenshots.
It is not finished yet, but we are working hard on this and on the Android tablet version, which is being developed at the same time. In a short time, the Beta phase for both versions is going to start. So, stay tuned.

In Kürze ist es soweit: Am 18. Mai erscheint das Mai-Update von Kick it out! Und es gibt eine ganz besondere Neuerung…
Richtig, ein neuer Spezialist, das Konter-Ass!
Wir bringen nicht allzu oft einen neuen Spezialisten, also muss es einen besonderen Grund geben. Der Grund ist, dass die Kontertaktik 5-4-1 ziemlich gut darin ist, Tore zu verhindern, aber nicht darin, zu gewinnen. Das ändern die Konter-Spezialisten, die es als Offensive Mittelfeldspieler und Stürmer gibt. Bis zu drei lassen sich also in 5-4-1 sinnvoll einsetzen. Das Konter-Ass hat bei Kontern (und nur bei Kontern!) eine erhöhte Wahrscheinlichkeit, aufs Tor zu schießen. Er ist also schneller als andere und geschickter darin, den Torwart auszuspielen. Selbstverständlich kann ein Konter-Ass direkt mit dem Top-Platin-Spezialist-Vertrag erzeugt werden, oder per Zufall aus anderen Platin-Verträgen kommen.

(Hinweis aus gegebenem Anlass: Die Server-Ausfälle der Vergangenheit wurden alle durch üble Hardware-Ausfälle verursacht, die wir best- und schnellstmöglich behoben haben. Das April-Update war NICHT die Ursache, daher gibt es keinen Grund, „erstmal die Serverprobleme in den Griff zu bekommen“, bevor wir Updates rausbringen, wie manche Leute fordern. Die Server-Probleme SIND im Griff. Wir könnten bloß in Zukunft etwas weniger Pech mit kaputten Festplatten gebrauchen…)

Yes, it’s a new specialist – the Counter Ace!
Wonder what he does? Fair enough. We don’t introduce new specialists that often, so there must be a good reason. Of course the best formation for playing counter tactics is 5-4-1. Unfortunately, that formation is good at preventing goals. But how to win? Here’s the answer: Get one to three Counter Aces and they’ll do the thing. Counter Aces, available as attacker and off. midfielder, have an increased goal shot propability for counter attacks (and only for counter attacks).

By the way let us point out that the server problems of the last two weeks were NOT caused by the April update, but by simple hardware defects which all have been sorted out as good and as soon as we could.

New special started! All of you propably know Jack Charlton, World Champion 1966 and famous coach of the Irish national team. His birthday is on 8th of may, and so we named the new special tournament after this famous player.
