Wieso das nun wieder?
Nun, tatsächlich haben wir noch etwas geändert: Der Fußballtempel (Stadion Stufe 6), der bisher mit 1% Wahrscheinlichkeit pro Heimspiel ein Rockkonzert erzeugt hat, war ein bisschen unbeliebt, weil er bei vielen Teams auch nach 200 Heimspielen noch nichts ausgespuckt hatte. Das liegt einfach daran, dass bei so geringen Wahrscheinlichkeiten die Zufallsfluktuation sehr hoch ist – manche Teams erhielten schon nach 30 Heimspielen ihr erstes Konzert, andere hatten nach 250 noch keins und dachten, das Stadion sei kaputt. Daher erzeugt der Fußballtempel jetzt mit 11% Wahrscheinlichkeit pro Heimspiel – also viel „verlässlicher“ die obigen Rockkonzert-Sammelkarten.
So, und jetzt freuen wir uns mit euch auf ein weiteres tolles Jahr mit Kick it out!

Rocky road to 2018
Welcome to the new year! And welcome to a new year of Kick it out!
We start this year with an important change suggested by the community: It affects the „Temple of Football“ stadium. As you know, it used to produce rock concert items with a propability of 1 percent in each home match. Due to this low percentage, there was absolutely no guarantee that you got at least 1 concert for 100 home matches. It could take 200 or even 300 (or 50 or 30) – the lower a propability is, the higher the random variance. To change this, we now introduced a rock concert collectible card. You now get one of those with 11 percent propability after each home match, which also equals 1 rock concert in 100 home matches, but because of the higher percentage you will more often see that your Football temple is actually working!
Moreover, as this weekend’s special for ALL of you, EACH team gets a free rock concert collectible after 33 matches!
Note that you need the latest update from Google Play to see the correct name of the new collectible. Older versions will just display it as „Collectible“, but activating will work.
So now go playing and rocking the happy new year!

Oh du schöne Weihnachtszeit!
Zeit der Ruhe, der Geschenke, der Freude. Wir freuen uns zum Beispiel darüber, dass KiO in diesem Jahr deutlich über 99% Verfügbarkeit erreicht hat, dass die Zufallsquote in der realen Bundesliga deutlich höher ist als in unserem Spiel (im Derby ein 4:4 nach 4:0 – was für eine lächerliche Simu die Wirklichkeit doch ist!), und darüber, dass wir mit unserem „etwas anderen“ Independent-Manager auch nach fast acht Jahren immer noch tausende treue und engagierte Mitspieler haben.
Wir, Ludetis, möchten uns an dieser Stelle nicht nur fürs Mitspielen bedanken, sondern auch für euer Vertrauen, für eure Teilhabe an der Weiterentwicklung, für Lob und Kritik. Als bescheidenen Dank gibt’s bis zum 27. für jedes gekaufte Pack vier Geschenke oben drauf. Und unser Versprechen, auch im nächsten Jahr das Spiel mit euch zusammen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln.
Bitte beachtet, dass der Support über die Feiertage nur sehr eingeschränkt zur Verfügung steht. Dies gilt auch für manuelle Überprüfungen von Umbenennungen, die sich genau wie Antworten auf Anfragen oder Vorschläge um mehrere Tage verzögern können.

Weekend Special: Winter Cup
We just launched the Winter Cup as this weekend’s special. It’s a hourly KO cup, and the finals winner receives two treasure collectibles and the finals loser one.

December Update Preview #3
Additionally to the new stadiums and the new platinum treasure chest, there will be the following minor changes on saturday’s December Update.
Teams in your clan will be shown in light yellow in the tournament schedule. This is a suggestion from the community.
Also, you wished to reduce the strength of the top bot teams. According to this, all bot teams with strength above 89 will be reduced on saturday evening.
And the last change is an improvement to the analysis function. Starting saturday evening, it will identify and show in the match report two special cases: First if a team won due to header goals and the opponent had no defensive header, second if the loser team had players on wrong positions (like DM on center back positions). You cannot see that from the shown strength value, but it’s often crucial for the result, so it’s important to know.
The app update for Android will be available saturday evening, the Windows version also around that time. Please note one important fact: Stadiums and the platinum chest need to be activated on the server. We will announce this in the ingame newsticker. Please do not purchase Season Packs or exchange 11 treasure collectibles before the announcement if you want platinum chests!

Dezember-Update-Vorschau
Wir haben euch ja bereits zwei große Neuerungen im Dezember-Update vorgestellt: Die neue Platin-Schatztruhe und die neuen Stadien.
Am Samstagabend passieren aber noch ein paar Dinge, die nicht ganz so bedeutsam sind, aber wir wollen sie euch natürlich nicht vorenthalten.
Erstens erweitern wir die Analyse. Sie wird in zwei Fällen entsprechende Hinweise in den Spielbericht schreiben, die in der Vergangenheit oft zu Schwierigkeiten beim Verständnis von Spielberichten geführt haben. Und zwar wird die Analyse darauf hinweisen, wenn eine Niederlage höchstwahrscheinlich auf fehlende Innenverteidiger mit Kopfballer-Spezialisierung zurückzuführen ist. Außerdem wird sie erkennen, wenn Spieler positionsfremd aufgestellt wurden (z.B. DM auf IV-Position). Dies ist oft nicht an der Stärke ablesbar, kann aber entscheidenden Einfluss aufs Ergebnis haben.
Auf vielfachen Wunsch werden am Samstagabend außerdem all jene Bots, die eine Stärke über 89 haben, entsprechend verschlechtert. Dafür erhalten die Bots eine neue Fähigkeit, nämlich den Stadionausbau. Der Sinn der Sache ist, dass ihr weniger auf Aschenplätzen antreten müsst, wenn ihr auswärts bei Bots antretet.
Ebenfalls auf vielfachen Wunsch werden künftig in Turnier-Spielplänen eure Clan-Kollegen hellgelb hervorgehoben.
Das Update wird für Android im Laufe des Samstagabend verfügbar sein, für Windows können wir es nicht so genau sagen. Bitte beachtet, dass die neuen Features (Stadion, Schatztruhe etc.) erst im Laufe des Abends serverseitig freigeschaltet werden. Wir werden euch im Newsticker brandaktuell informieren. Das ist vor allem deshalb wichtig, weil ihr erst ab dem Zeitpunkt der serverseitigen Umstellung in Saison-Packs oder für 11 Schatztruhen-Sammelbilder die neuen Platin-Truhen erhaltet! Bitte achtet also auf die Infos in den News und tauscht eure Sammelbildchen nicht vorher ein, wenn ihr Platin-Truhen dafür haben möchtet!

December Update Preview: New stadiums!
The december update will be published this saturday evening, and it will introduce new stadiums to build!
There will be three new stadiums. All count as level 6 stadiums, so they can be built if you have the Arena (level 5) and have the cash and minimum level (23 or higher).
The threee stadiums can be built alternatively. This means that you can replace one of them by another at any time, of course paying the building cost.
Of course the new stadiums are quite expensive, both in building cost and upkeep, but they not only see more fans, they come with a bonus. The „Blue Arena“ (top) gives you additional collectibles with a certain propability for each home win. The „Top Star Arena“ (above, looks a bit like Wembley) reduces exhaustion for all teams playing there. And the „Temple of Football“ (below) gives you free Rock Concert items with a certain propability.
All those new stadiums are obviously made for power gamers, as their abilities only make sense if you play many many games. But they also look nice on your home screen, and your opponents will of course also see your stadium if they play in it. So there are plenty of reasons to try the new stadiums. Also, since we now have the technical basics, we can add more new stadiums in the future easily. I am sure you will come up with great ideas, and we are looking forward hearing them.
