August Update introduces a totally new type of items: Player Boosts!

Whenever you activate a boost, you choose a player without plus signs. This player gets a few points strength bonus for a limited time.

Note the following rules: Players can only have one boost at a time. New boosts replace existing boosts. Boosts are removed when a player is transferred. Because of this, players show up on the transferlist without their boost bonus. Boost items can be recycled if not needed.

We are starting with three different boost items and will likely add more if you like them:

Custom shoes: +1 bonus for 25 days.

Girlfriend:  +2 bonus for 12 days.

Silver boost (image above): +10 bonus for 7 days, only for players with strength 60 or less.

Boosts will not be available in the shop or in packs. You will get them just by playing, so this is no pay-2-win feature! The more you play, the more boosts you get. But it will be very hard to have all players boosted at maximum at the same time. This is by design! Instead of just boosting everybody, you should think carefully which player needs boosts most!

Das August-Update bringt euch eine völlig neue Kategorie von Items: Spieler-Boosts! Diese neuen Items basieren auf Ideen aus dem Forum und wurden gemeinsam mit der Community entwickelt.

Wie funktionieren diese Items? Ganz einfach:

Wenn du eines der neuen  Items aktivierst, kannst du einen Spieler auswählen, der nicht ausbaufähig ist (also kein Pluszeichen mehr hat). Dieser Spieler wird dann geboostet, indem er für einige Tage um einige Punkte besser wird. Das Item wird dabei natürlich verbraucht.

Beachte diese wichtigen Regeln: Jeder Spieler kann immer nur einen Boost haben. Neue Boost überschreiben vorhandene. Boosts gehen beim Transfer verloren, daher tauchen Spieler auf der Transferliste immer mit ihrer „normalen“ Punktzahl auf wie bisher. Falls du mal einen Boost überhaupt nicht gebrauchen kannst, kannst du ihn einfach recyceln.

Das August-Update bringt zunächst drei verschiedene Boosts (wenn euch diese Items gefallen, führen wir weitere ein):

Schuhe nach Maß: +1 für 25 Tage

Spielerfreundin: +2 für 12 Tage

Silber-Boost (Bild oben): +10 für 7 Tage, nur anwendbar auf Spieler bis Stärke 60.

Woher bekommt ihr die Boosts? Das verraten wir noch nicht. Nur soviel: Es wird sie weder in Packs noch im Shop geben. Alle Boosts könnt ihr euch erspielen. Also kein „pay to win“, sondern „play to win“! Die Häufigkeit der Boosts ist so geregelt, dass es niemand schaffen wird, jederzeit gleichzeitig alle seine Spieler maximal zu boosten. Einige der Items haben außerdem eine Verfallszeit, können also nicht „gehortet“ werden. Das ist Absicht – ihr sollt euch ein bisschen den Kopf zerbrechen, welche eurer Spieler von Boosts am meisten profitieren, und nicht einfach alle damit pflastern!

Das August-Update erscheint am 23. August für Android, iPhone, Winphone 8 und Windows 8.

Starting the summer holiday specials!

As you propably know the Copa America starts these days, and to celebrate this we are offering the Special Pack with two south american players (1 platinum specialist, 1 platinum player with 10% specialist propability)!

We also welcome all beginners in KiO! Win a Junior Cup and get three ruby extra! Both specials are active until monday.

The Juni update for Android will come this sunday. It brings a small adjustment to tactical matches (improving 343) and will support our new mascot, Bodo Bam, who will replace Karlo Kick later this summer (once all platform get to know him).
