KiO World Cup 2023

Of course, the big KiO World Cup will again take place this year!

The start is on 23 June.

As always, there are 192 qualifying groups in knockout mode every day between 10 am and 10 pm, the winners qualify for the group stage (you can participate as often as you like until you qualify). The qualifiers run until mid-July, so I’m sure everyone will find time to participate at some point. We end the qualifying phase again with a Youtube video showing the group draw.

The group stage will probably take place on Saturday, 5 August: 32 groups of 6 in league mode with first and second legs, 1st and 2nd place will advance to the final round. There will be no more than one team from the same clan per group if possible!

The grand final day is expected to be 19 August: 64 teams will play the winner in knockout mode with second legs.

Auch in diesem Jahr findet natürlich der große KiO World Cup statt!

 

Start ist am 23. Juni.

Es gibt wie immer 192 Quali-Gruppen im KO-Modus täglich zwischen 10 und 22 Uhr, die Sieger qualifizieren sich für die Gruppenphase (man kann beliebig oft teilnehmen, bis man sich qualifiziert). Die Quali läuft bis Mitte Juli, so dass sicher jeder irgendwann mal Zeit findet, teilzunehmen. Wir beenden die Quali-Phase erneut mit einem Youtube-Video, das die Gruppenauslosung zeigt.

Die Gruppenphase findet voraussichtlich statt am Samstag, 5. August: 32 6er-Gruppen im Liga-Modus mit Hin- und Rückspielen, Platz 1 und 2 kommen in die Finalrunde. Es wird nach Möglichkeit nicht mehrere Teams aus dem gleichen Clan pro Gruppe geben!

Der große Finaltag ist voraussichtlich der 19. August: 64 Teams spielen im KO-Modus mit Rückspielen den Sieger aus.

Änderungen Nationen-Special

Wir haben die ersten Wochen des neuen Nationen-Specials verstreichen lassen, um euer Feedback einzusammeln. Als Reaktion ändern sich ab 1.6. folgende Eigenschaften der Nationen-Turniere:

  • Ermüdung reduziert
  • Preisgeld reduziert
  • Intervall etwas vergrößert, aber nächstes Turnier immer sichtbar
  • Erstes Turnier später

Außerdem haben wir das Saison Pack geändert: Die Spieler darin sind im Juni passend zum Special Spanier! Holt euch also direkt am 1.6. euren spanischen Weltstar!

All about the november update

On 11-11 the November update of Kick it out (version 10.12) for Android will be released!

And this is new:

Friendlies: home, away, it doesn’t matter!

The update brings a new button to the friendly match lounges: In future, you can determine that you don’t care whether you play at home or away. Accordingly, you will be drawn to any suitable team that is also currently on the lookout, regardless of where the match is taking place. This innovation is based on a suggestion from the community.

Own tournaments with weak SSP

In the future, you will not only be able to organise your own tournaments with a strong SSP, but also with a weak SSP. This improvement was also a suggestion from a fellow player.

Mentor list

To make it easier for new players to get in touch with the community, there is a list of managers who offer their support: The „Mentors“. New players can use this list to request a friendship with mentors and then ask questions and receive advice in the chat. If you want to become a mentor, apply: send a message to the support. Mentors have no benefits in the game, so the work is purely voluntary. We have no way of knowing how many newcomers will take advantage of this option – but we would like to try to make it easier for new players to get started in our game, which is really not all that easy.

New playable country: Morocco

On the initiative of fellow players, Morocco has been added as a playable country in the Africa League.

Corrections

In addition, as always, there are a number of corrections, many of which affect the statistics part of the tablet version. Also, when selecting crests, your stars are now shown in the preview.

The update is expected to be released on 11-11 during the course of the day and will install automatically, you can recognise it by the version number in the bottom right corner.

There are no gameplay changes that affect the simulation or your players.

Am 11.11. erscheint das November-Update von Kick it out für Android!

Und das ist neu:

Freundschaftsspiele: zuhause, auswärts, egal!

Das Update bringt eine neue Taste in die Freundschaftsspiel-Lounges: Ihr könnt künftig bestimmen, dass es euch egal ist, ob ihr daheim oder auswärts spielt. Dementsprechend erhaltet ihr irgendein passendes Team zugelost, das ebenfalls gerade auf der Suche ist, unabhängig davon, wo das Spiel stattfindet. Diese Neuerung geht auf einen Vorschlag aus der Community zurück.

Eigene Turniere mit schwachem SSP

Ihr könnt künftig nicht nur eigene Turniere mit starkem SSP, sondern auch mit schwachem SSP veranstalten. Auch diese Verbesserung war ein Vorschlag von einem Mitspieler.

Mentorenliste

Um neuen Mitspielern einen persönlichen Kontakt zur Community zu erleichtern, gibt es eine Liste von Managern, die ihre Unterstützung anbieten: Die „Mentoren“. Neue Mitspieler können über diese Liste eine Freundschaft mit Mentoren anfragen und dann im Chat Fragen stellen und beraten werden. Wenn ihr Mentor werden möchtet, bewerbt euch: Schickt eine Nachricht an den Support. Mentoren haben keinerlei Vorteile im Spiel, die Arbeit ist also rein ehrenamtlich. Wie viele Neueinsteiger diese Option nutzen, können wir nicht wissen – aber wir wollen gerne versuchen, neuen Mitspielern den Einstieg in unser wirklich nicht ganz einfaches Spiel zu erleichtern.

Neues spielbares Land: Marokko

Auf Initiative von Mitspielern konnte Marokko als spielbares Land in der Afrika-Liga hinzugefügt werden.

Korrekturen

Zusätzlich gibt es wie immer eine Reihe von Korrekturen, viele davon betreffen den Statistik-Teil der Tablet-Version. Außerdem werden jetzt bei der Auswahl von Wappen eure Sterne in der Vorschau angezeigt.

Das Update erscheint voraussichtlich am 11.11. im Laufe des Tages und installiert sich automatisch, ihr könnt es an der Versionsnummer unten rechts in der Ecke erkennen (Version 10.12).

Es gibt keinerlei spielerische Änderungen, die die Simulation oder eure Spieler betreffen.

KiO World Cup 22 Announcement

Of course the great KiO World Cup will take place in summer – not in winter, like other world tournaments you might think of.

Start is on July 11th!

There will be 192 qualifier tournaments in KO mode hourly each day between 10 and 22 CEST. The winners progress to the group phase. In contrast to the UC qualifiers, you can play any number of KiO Worldcup qualifiers until you win one. Note that this might become easier in the last tournaments when the strongest teams are already through…

There will be 32 Group phase tournaments with 6 participants each, taking place on saturday, august 13th. The mode will be league with rematch, and the 2 best teams progress to the final round. The system will put no more than one team per clan into the same group phase tournament.

The great finals day is august 20th. On that day, the 64 finalists will fight for the KiO World Cup 2022.
