As you know, all of our changes to the game are based on your requests, but always on a test basis as well. After the mostly positive feedback on the changes to the Clan Championship, for example, we will make some minor adjustments on 1 December to make the gaming experience more enjoyable for even more players. Specifically, this means that
Hourly Clan Cups will also be held again in the morning.
Of course, this means that we have to reduce the number of points for the winners and runners-up in the Clan Cups again, to 6/3 points. Why 6/3 of all things? First of all, only an even number comes into question for the winner, so that we don’t have to deal with half points for the runners-up. Furthermore, I think it is easy to see that the points from the Clan Cups still have (too) much importance, and thus large clans continue to have an excessive advantage, which frustrates others because, statistically, they win a large number of CCs due to their numerical superiority. That’s why 8/4 points were out of the question.
The second change concerns the seasonal pack. When we added the limited specialist (and the associated specialist training), we removed the normal specialist training, firstly because of the constant overall value and secondly to avoid confusion. We will now bring back the normal specialist training on 1.12.
We are sure that these small adjustments are in the interest of the vast majority. We believe that it is a good idea to pull together in a gaming community like ours as well. Therefore, we invite ALL players to continue to help develop the game. With objective suggestions, kindly expressed wishes, and fair cooperation. I have to be so blunt about this, although it should be self-evident, because unfortunately there are players who only see their own advantage, but who do not succeed in taking our perspective, who look at the WHOLE game. And that means that we want to please as many people as possible in order to continue to enjoy our traditional, successful game, which has been declared dead time and again, in the future. Thank you and best regards!
